PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: August 18th, 2025

Mind Mint, LLC doing business as AI Advantage (“AI Advantage,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), a brand under Mastermind.com, thanks you for visiting the online and mobile resources we publish. We use the words “you” and “your” to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our online and mobile resources who are, in all cases, over the age of 13.

Our privacy statement (“this statement,” “this privacy statement,” and “our statement”) informs you about from whom and the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and why, and what we do to try to protect it.
Online and mobile resources mean the websites, applications, and other internet features we own that allow you to interact with our content, including apps we’ve created and distributed to let our customers and community members access AI Advantage or other Mastermind.com resources.

Collection of Personal Information: To learn more about your California privacy rights, please scroll down to “THE CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT.”
WHO WE ARE

Mind Mint, LLC, doing business as AI Advantage, is a brand operated under Mastermind.com. AI Advantage is dedicated to providing resources, tools, and training for entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners to gain clarity and confidence in leveraging AI for their personal and professional growth.

For residents from the GDPR Jurisdictions, as defined below, and certain U.S. state privacy laws, Mind Mint is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For residents of California, Mind Mint, LLC is considered a “Business.”
WHO WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM

We may collect personal information from the following groups of data subjects:
  • Visitors to, and users of, our online and mobile resources
  • Customers of AI Advantage and Mastermind.com products and services
  • Current members of our workforce and those who apply for posted jobs
  • Third-party vendors and business partners
Personal information generally means information that can be used to identify you or that can be easily linked to you (for example, your name, address, telephone number, email address, social security number, and date of birth).
The privacy laws in some jurisdictions include unique elements in what they consider to be the personal information of the consumers or data subjects they protect. If those laws apply to us, as in the case of the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) or the European General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), our use of the phrase “personal information” includes the unique elements required by such laws.

Note: All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
GDPR and CCPA Overview

Because AI Advantage serves a global audience, our privacy practices are designed to comply with major data protection frameworks, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”).

Under the GDPR, protections apply to all EU data subjects and cover both direct and indirect information that could identify someone, such as names, identification numbers, location data, or biometric data. Organizations that determine how and why personal data is processed (called “data controllers”), as well as those who process data on their behalf (“data processors”), must comply. GDPR provides strong rights, including the right to deletion and correction of personal information, and it requires organizations to minimize the data they collect. Consent must be obtained before personal data is collected, and certain organizations must appoint a Data Protection Officer. Non-compliance can result in significant fines of up to €20 million or 4% of worldwide turnover, whichever is greater.

The CCPA, on the other hand, applies specifically to California consumers. Personal information is defined more broadly, covering data such as browsing history, website interactions, biometric data, and geolocation. Compliance generally applies to medium and large businesses that process the personal information of California residents. The CCPA provides consumers with the right to request deletion of their personal information, but only for data collected directly from them. Unlike GDPR, there is no explicit data minimization or correction mandate. Businesses may process and even sell consumer data, but they must provide a way for consumers to opt out of sales or request deletion. Violations of the CCPA can result in fines of up to $2,500 per violation or $7,500 per intentional violation, along with possible statutory damages ranging from $100 to $750 per incident.

AI Advantage, operated by Mind Mint, LLC (a Mastermind.com brand), strives to meet or exceed the requirements of both frameworks wherever they apply. Our goal is to handle your data responsibly, transparently, and in a way that gives you meaningful control over your personal information.

What This Means for You
  • If you live in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and we must obtain your consent before collecting it.
  • If you live in California, you have the right to know what data we collect about you, request that we delete it, and opt out of any sale of your personal information.
  • No matter where you live, AI Advantage is committed to protecting your privacy, minimizing what we collect, and making sure you always have a clear understanding of how your data is used.
The categories of information we collect from each of these groups, and the ways in which we use it, differs. As you may have noticed, it’s possible that the same person could fall into more than one group. Most of this statement addresses our processing and sharing of personal information collected from visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources and our customers.
