Code of Ethics

All subscribers, instructors, and affiliates of AI Advantage are required to adhere to this Code of Ethics when advertising, marketing, or delivering products and services on the AI Advantage platform. Violation of this Code of Ethics, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, or our DMCA Policy may result in account suspension, removal of content, or termination of your subscription.
1. ACCURATE INFORMATION

Subscribers must provide customers with honest, accurate, and non-misleading information regarding products, services, or training offered through AI Advantage.

A. Earnings Claims
You may not make direct or implied promises of income or financial results without substantiated, verifiable evidence. For example, stating that a participant will earn a specific income within a defined timeframe is prohibited unless documented proof demonstrates that such results are typical for the average participant.

B. Unsubstantiated Claims and Testimonials
All claims regarding performance, health, financial, or business outcomes must have a reasonable basis in reliable sources such as peer-reviewed studies, accredited publications, or generally accepted practices. Testimonials must be documented, substantiated, and accompanied by disclaimers clearly stating: “Results are not typical. Individual results may vary.”

C. Misrepresentations
Subscribers must not misrepresent or omit material facts about their services. Any claim that could reasonably affect a consumer’s decision to purchase must be supported with adequate evidence. Misrepresentations, deceptive practices, or unfair competition will result in corrective action.

D. Professional Advice
Unless you are properly licensed, you may not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, or financial advice. General educational commentary is permissible, but subscribers must not present themselves as licensed professionals where they are not.

E. Ease of Use
Subscribers must not create the false impression that services are effortless, risk-free, or guaranteed. Clients must be made aware that effort, time, and risk are inherent in learning and applying new skills.
2. SUBSCRIBER TARGETING

Subscribers may not disparage, harass, or target other AI Advantage subscribers with the intent to interfere with or redirect their customers. Actions that deter or deflect potential buyers from another subscriber’s offerings, including creating negative or misleading reviews, are strictly prohibited.
3. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

Subscribers must maintain professional, responsive communication with customers. You are responsible for addressing client concerns, providing clear channels for support, and ensuring your customers can contact you directly. At a minimum, you must provide a valid email address (and, where applicable, a phone number) to handle customer inquiries.
4. ETHICAL CONDUCT

Your reputation, and that of AI Advantage, depends on ethical practices. Subscribers must conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions with customers, affiliates, and fellow subscribers. Any conduct that undermines customer trust or confidence may result in account suspension or termination.
5. LEGAL AND ETHICAL PRODUCTS

Subscribers must only promote lawful, ethical, and non-harmful products or services. Specifically:

  - No illegal or unsafe products, services, or activities.
  - No discriminatory or exploitative practices based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  - No tobacco, vaping, illegal drugs, prescription drugs, or unsafe supplements.
  - Supplements must include the FDA disclosure:
 “Unlike drugs, dietary supplements are not evaluated by the FDA for safety and effectiveness. Dietary supplements are not meant to prevent, treat, or cure diseases.”
  - No adult content, explicit imagery, or sexually suggestive material, except educational programs regarding family planning and contraception targeted only to individuals 18 or older.
  - No shocking, inflammatory, excessively violent, or profane content.
  - No content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
6. MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING

Subscribers may create training related to multi-level marketing (MLM). However, all such content must fully comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Business Guidance Concerning Multi-Level Marketing and other applicable consumer protection regulations.
7. USE OF AI ADVANTAGE’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Subscribers may not use AI Advantage’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property without prior written consent. Any reference to AI Advantage must accurately describe the relationship as independent use of the platform.
ENFORCEMENT

Failure to comply with this Code of Ethics may result in corrective measures, including warnings, suspension, removal of listings, or permanent account termination. AI Advantage reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion to maintain compliance, integrity, and customer trust across the platform.
